The Rositas Rising Program is Dos Rosas' mentorship initiative that connects Latinas—our Rositas—with experienced Latina professionals who have successfully navigated the paths they aspire to follow. Whether you are pursuing higher education, starting or advancing your career, or growing a business, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone.

Here’s how it works: Submit a request detailing your goals, career interests, location, and the type of guidance you seek. The program is open to Latinas, and we carefully review each request to confirm eligibility and ensure that the program is a good fit for you. We then search for a mentor whose career path, experience, location, and availability align with your needs. If we find a suitable match, we will introduce you via email so that you can connect directly and decide how best to move forward.
