Meet the Team

Andrea Moreno, Esq.

Position: Co-founder

In addition to being a co-founder of Dos Rosas, Andrea is an attorney admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania. Andrea attended Vermont Law School where her primary focus was corporate law. She earned her Juris Doctor in 2019. Currently, Andrea serves as a Captain in the U.S. Army JAG Corps where serves as the Brigade Judge Advocate for the 65th Medical Brigade in South Korea.

As a native of Massachusetts, Katarina Wabrek was born to a first-generation Dominican mother and second-generation German father. Her journey led her to pursue her passion at Norwich University, a military college in Vermont. There, she earned her undergraduate degree in Architectural Studies, a minor in Engineering Management, and a Master’s in Architecture.

Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, and proudly of Guatemalan descent, Leah has carved out an impressive career that bridges her cultural heritage and professional passions. She pursued her undergraduate degree in Communications and a Master’s in Public Administration at Norwich University in Vermont, experiences that laid the foundation for her current role at a prominent university in Chicago.

Position: Director of Operations

Zedekiah Maldonado is the daughter of first-generation Puerto Rican parents and was raised in Springfield, Massachusetts. Zedekiah attended Bryant University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in International Business and Global Supply Chain Management. With the urge to further her education, Zedekiah returned to Bryant University and earned her MBA.

Born in Lawrence, Massachusetts, Alicia is the first-generation daughter of a Dominican father and mother of Irish and Italian descent. As the eldest daughter, Alicia often felt the burden of expectation and responsibility as many others can relate to; because of this, Alicia’s path wasn’t clear to her until later in life.
