The Rositas Rising Program is Dos Rosas' mentorship initiative designed to connect Latinas pursuing higher education, building their careers, or growing businesses with Latina professionals who have already navigated that journey. As a mentor, you'll share your experiences, provide guidance, and offer encouragement to a woman in your field or community.

We carefully review each mentor application, and if we believe you would be a valuable resource for our members, we will notify you that you have been selected as an official Rositas Rising mentor. Here's what participating in the program entails: you'll share information about your background, location, and availability with us. When a member requests a mentor and we think you could be a good fit, we will reach out to you first. Your details are stored in our internal mentor database, are kept confidential, and will not be shared without your consent.

If the match feels right, we will introduce you via email, and you can take it from there, scheduling your meetings in a way that works for both of you. You also have the flexibility to decide how many mentees you would like to take on.
